Shop Policies & Artwork Care

I ship via US Postal Service. All orders will ship out on Friday. Please note, the US Postal Service has been delayed in some locations. Please allow extra time to receive your package.

Domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail and take about 2-5 days to arrive once shipped. Tracking is included. Packages are insured only up to $50. If you would like additional insurance, please contact me first before placing your order.

International orders are shipped First Class Package International. Because transit times vary widely by country, I'm unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of the US. International orders may be subject to duty/customs taxes and/or fees. These laws vary per country and are the buyer's responsibility. Your package ships with the required customs form label required by USPS mail. This has the contents and purchase price of your items on the label.

Shipping internationally with insurance and tracking is quite costly. If you would still like me to ship to you Priority International, please contact me first before placing your order.

If you are charged significately more in shipping than it cost for me to package and ship your order, I will refund you a portion of the shipping.

All original artwork is protected with a special UV conservation spray varnish. This will allow the artwork to be protected for years to come. However, sunlight is very powerful and can damage artwork even if archival methods were taken. Please do not hang your new artwork in direct sunlight. 

Handle artwork with clean hands and with care. A soft microfiber towel can be used to keep the artwork free of dust.

All sales are final. If you received the incorrect item or part of your order is missing, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can help resolve the problem. If I make a mistake I will do everything in my power to make it right.
